NPO is an organization that holds itself responsible for delivering positive impact for poor societies with special request to women and children and is accountable to them as well as other stakeholder.

NPO operation composed of Program director who responsible for coordination with donors and partners at all level also to carry out all the work of the organization at Khartoum and field offices as well as representing the Organization in all forums. Program manager in the field office , responsible of leading state offices and representative the director in the state.

This in addition to the Education , Livelihood, protection ,Health ,Nutrition and WASH specialist, in addition to support staff for NFI and Camp Coordination Officer, Admin and Logistic Officers, Development officer and Finance Officer.

The scope of our work key areas involving children, women and young people in:

1. Formal / basic education and child protection.
2. Health, Nutrition, Water, sanitation and hygiene promotion.
3. Livelihood and youth learning.
4. Women empowerment and capacity building.
5. Peace Co-Existence and Reconciliations.
6. NFIs and camps Management
