Capacity Building for NPO Staff

To enhance the capabilities of the organization's staff, the National Planning Organization (NPO) - Kassala Office held a training workshop on Saturday, May 25, 2024, to build the capacity of volunteers and health personnel working in the Mobile Clinic program and to support health centres. The workshop covered the following topics:

1. History of organizations, the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS), and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
2. Project concept and budget preparation.
3. The logistics system for organizations.
4. The reporting system for organizations.
5. Human resource management models in organizations.
6. Communication skills, time management priorities, and risk management.
7. Monitoring and evaluation, staff safety and security. This workshop aimed to equip the volunteers and health workers with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively carry out their responsibilities in the Mobile Clinic program and support the health centres. By addressing these key areas, the organization aims to strengthen its field staff's overall capacity and performance.
